The Rosehip Room is our comfortable meeting room suitable for conferences and events as well as management meetings, team building sessions, training days, talks and creative workshops. The space can also be used for theoretical aspects of wellbeing retreats and fitness days.

The room is bright and spacious with high ceilings, large windows and direct access to a dedicated outdoor area with seating.

Room hire includes hot drinks and homemade biscuits on arrival (for bookings longer than four hours for up to ten participants). Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be provided by arrangement at an extra cost.

The size of the room is 4.8 m x 5.5 m, which is 26m2 (roughly 280 square feet). Please see information below about capacity and different room layout options.

Band B

For very small businesses, up to five employees, and sole traders etc.

Band C

For charities and community groups.

Price includes free parking, access to outdoor space, free wifi, audio visual screen, flip chart, whiteboard, refreshments.

The Rosehip Room can be arranged in various formats to suit your requirements. The standing capacity, with no seating or tables, is up to 30 people. Please see a few example layouts below. Our outdoor areas can be hired for bigger groups. 

Boardroom Style

Appropriate for meetings or conferences where everyone is seated around one table.

Up to 14 people

Auditorium Style

Appropriate for shorter lectures or training sessions or larger groups that do not require extensive note-taking. Rows of chairs only.

Up to 20 people

Banquet Style

Appropriate for meals and small group discussions. Our round tables seat four to six people comfortably.

Up to 18 people

Excellent experience at Spithurst Hub! We booked a room for a team meeting, the facilities were excellent, and we had the most delicious lunch and unbeatable cinnamon buns. Thank you Maria & team.

Our participants were made very welcome and we were looked after by Nig, Maria and the team so well. Lunch - home made (as were the biscuits) was excellent and if you haven’t tried nettle and garlic quiche (with a delicious salad) this is the place to come! Look out for the cafes pop-up dates.

Maria and the team have an amazing venue in a beautiful setting and things just work perfectly, like clockwork. The homemade biscuits, cake and lunches are a welcome bonus. We are already booking up future days.

A fantastic venue, great facilities indoors and out. We used this location for business meetings and Christmas dinner, food and hospitality was superb.
