Spithurst Hub is located in a beautiful part of East Sussex, surrounded by rolling fields, ancient woodlands and within walking distance of the river Ouse. We are part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve known as The Living Coast, which was recently extended to include our area. We are also within the Weald to Waves and near The South Downs National Park.
The Spithurst Hub garden is a sanctuary designed for relaxation, recreation and fitness-related outdoor activities, complementing our new fitness studio. Our garden also serves as a great place for working outdoors. There is seating on the verandas of the building and we have a stretch tent in place as well as an outdoor meeting pod in our wild garden area. There are two large fire bowls and rustic benches dotted around the pond.
Our garden designer Sara Ekstrand has carefully selected plants that attract bees and butterflies. We are dedicated to creating genuine wildlife habitats throughout our garden spaces with our two ponds playing a crucial role in this effort. The garden is intentionally kept wild looking to support wildlife.
